Thank you for my first review ever. But that review it kind of short isn't it?

very good stuff
I love that plucky-sounding-synth... and the melodies/harmonies are quite aphex-ish at times. which is not to mention the insane ammounts of variation in those kick-ass beats... You can tell that this one took a lot of effort. great work!
I worked about 1 and half weeks straight on this one. I like how it turned out
thanks for the review :)
brilliant work
tranquil & glitchy. and groovy as all hell. very nice. makes me sorry I haven't checked your stuff in a while... then again, it doesn't look like you've posted anything new in over a month. What's the deal yo?
peeeeeeacefuuuuul...
I...
zzzzZZzzzz...
this is really freakin' cool
as said, could've been made better with a melody or something... still kick-ass.
Thanks a ton.
This will most likely be chopped up and re-used for something else - It does need something. I appreciate hearing from you!
good stuff
I must admit, I looked at your profile, saw that you were 14, and expected this to be really crappy. But it's not crappy. It's not crappy at all. It's actually quite good, if a bit short and under-developed. Lots of excellent ideas in here, and the guitars are incorporated quite nicely. Great work.
thanks! And im actually 11 xD
pretty cool
I rather enjoyed this; a lot of really cool stuff going on. However, that horor-movie-esque melody confused me as to its place within your chord structure... it felt a bit disoriented. but then, maybe that's the feel you were going for. Good stuff either way.
good stuff
This has a really fresh feel to it. There isn't much in terms of melody, but the combination of drums and ambience more than makes up for it. I'd even go as far as to say the distortion works well. That beat is just perfect. 5/5. The only thing I could suggest is maybe taking it somewhere different, changing things up a bit; it didn't really feel like a full song to me. Then again, maybe that's what you were aiming for.
thanks. yeah i found it very difficult to complete this one. But its far from anything finished, i just got my new FL so i'll be making better stuff soon, hopefully.
Epic.
This is very nice... the way you built the intensity up to its release was fantastic. This truly sounds like something out of a movie... and I'm usually very picky about stuff like that. The tension is just... tense. And those underlying middle-eastern instruments were genius; it added a whole nother level to the experience. I'm getting a very 300-ish vibe from this... but then it's ruined by the Italian guitar picking / accordion stuff XD Which is not to say that it's bad; it just made me realize I wasn't listening to the 300 soundtrack. Excellent work. 5/5 easy, even in its "demo" state.
Heh, yeah, when I first started making music I was always looking for new sounds to put into the piece. Ethnic instruments nobody has heard off, to give them a taste few will have experienced in any other way.
Recently I noticed i've been sticking around the same instruments way too much, so I decided to try putting some new stuff in again :D.
This one in particular has the Droning Sitar, the Erhu Violin, and as you meantioned, the plucking was the Tremolo Satari (I think thats the name). I hope to make the final version much more diverse, hopefully it will not bleed from it's core if I do.
Thank you for teh review attempted! I'm glad you liked the piece ^^.
Oh Yoshimi, they don't believe me, but you won't let those robots eat me...
