good stuff.
I almost clicked it off before the drums came in... since the melody was a little repetitive... but there was something in me that knew it was going to get good... I'm glad I listened to that something.
5/5 & dl

i always usually start my pieces slow.. which is why i dont get very good download hits and low ratings, people DONT LISTEN TO THE WHOLE THING. They have such short attention spans.
Thanks for the great rating, the download, your review, and of course, taking the time to hear my song.
um...
I hear nothing...
yeah, when i tested it i could'nt hear anything, it only works when you download it :\ so yeah.
keep 'em coming!
more great stuff!
I love the harmonies when the lead gets all bendy-like :P
You seriously need more downloads...
I mean, if Bounce and Paragon and the like can get a platinum on every track, there's no reason why you shouldn't be doing the same with tracks like these.
Great, great stuff.
Argh, don't mention those 2 :P Newgrounds is mostly inhabbited by 13/14 year olds with poor music tast & experience... I wish the Audio Portal would get more attention; it's stuffed with great artists here. That's why I'm trying to set up a record company; for all those "attic-artists" who are highly potential. No more big, stupid record companies; Underground :) R²U Takeover will takeover the music industry :D
Greetz,
Runaway
decent stuff
The guitars are great;
the drums could use some work...
I suggest using a steady rhythm on the ride cymbal.
Yes indeed you right and I agree with you, any way thanks for the review, I still have the raw track(without the drums) if you want you could add some drum yourself.
wow.
Is this all you?
either way, nice work.
good stuff
I was sitting in suspense, hoping that you wouldn't hit that last note... hoping you would leave it be on that beautiful third, letting the song end in somewhat-incomplete perfection... and then you hit it! Aaargh!
Great work, overall, though. It's also nice to hear something hand-played; it's almost a lost art here on NG... The production leaves a little to be desired, but I've never been one to let production interfere with music appreciation.
5/5
Heheheh....Thank you!
Yes, I know of the "imcomplete perfection" you speak of, but I felt I just had to add that last note to symbolize that the legacy of my old keyboard had been completed. Relax, dude. I have other songs that implement the incomplete perfection method.....quite nicely, too. I'll try uploading some new ones in a few days, but school-work continues to pile on me. Ah well. Thanks for your review!
nice.
Well, I certainly see how someone would have to be mad to waltz to this... I can almost see the mental cases attempting to dance with eachother to this music... that's a sad picture... and yet, so very funny...
XD, you've single handidly wiped out all the "serious" images that were swimming in my head X_x. When I expand this song now, its going to sound so wierd!
Still, loved the image, quite entertaining. Thanks for the review ^^.
right thurr
I like that you used propper grammar, which is a lost art in itself. The song is great too; weird sh*t is the best kind of music. Well done, good sir.
It's an easy sentance to remember the spelling of each thurrr. I donno, I like using propper grammer...for the most part. I guess I kuhd saiv sum strain on my keebord. It's easier to read anyways, and most people catch on to what you're talking about to even notice.
wow.
Well, I was going to review Distorted Reality, but then I clicked on this one... They're both great tracks, but this one's got much more "oomph" to it. This is one of the best tracks I've heard on the AP, and I've listened to quite a few in my relatively short time here. Awesome work.
*BLUSHBLUSHBLUSH!* Thanks for the review man! I saw your song on the fp some time ago... congratz! I'm diggin' your musical style and I advice everyone who reads this to listen to attemptedperfection's music; it's really cool!
Greetz,
Runaway
good stuff
I'm gonna have to disagree with MrMaestro and say that the tempo changes were a nice touch. Well done overall; this track has some great moments.
Thanks you sir, for the kind and generous review!
Oh Yoshimi, they don't believe me, but you won't let those robots eat me...
